Brendon Urie realizing he shouldn’t have just said “whore” during an on-air performance.

This always makes me happy.

THE FACE, THE FACE AHAHAHA

James Gunn said he wouldn’t write Carol Danvers into a Marvel movie because he wants to steer clear of “earthlings”.

(Despite Peter Quill, the central protagonist, being from Earth.)

Kevin Feige said he wouldn’t make Black Panther, Captain Marvel or Black Widow movies because there was “no place” in the current timeline.

(Despite Captain America’s shield needing repaired, opening up the possibility for Wakanda, despite Guardians of the Galaxy already opening up the opportunity to introduce characters like Captain Marvel, and despite there already being three movies with Black Widow as a side character.)

Edgar Wright wrote Janet van Dyne out of the Ant-Man script because she wouldn’t appeal to the audience.

(Despite having the same powers as Ant-Man, despite being arguably even stronger than Ant-Man, and despite having formed The Avengers.)

No sign of a Miles Morales movie being made either, despite Andrew Garfield stating that he would love to see one (meaning the death of Peter Parker) and despite Donald Glover making it public that he would gladly play Morales in a film adaptation.

I know Marvel fans give DC a lot of shit because sometimes their comics can be problematic, but Marvel seriously need to own up to the fact that they are blatantly ignoring requests for female-led/black-led films.
